Why showing me Pending or Please try again later, we are awaiting tracking info from the carrier.
The most common reason that your tracking information is not available is:-
- After you receive the tracking number it takes 3-5 Days to work.
Why do I receive two tracking codes?
This is shown when the order is passing through different Shipment providers. It means your package carrier providers are 2 or more, and every carrier provides you with a different tracking code. You have to consider when your package is transferred to another carrier, you get a new tracking code and this may take 2-3 days to work.
